At Apparel Direct Limited, we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, consumers are entitled to certain guarantees when purchasing goods and services.
Your Rights as a Consumer
If you are purchasing products or services for personal use, our goods must be:
- of acceptable quality
- fit for purpose
- match the description provided
- delivered within a reasonable time
If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a:
- repair
- replacement, or
- refund
Depending on whether the issue is minor or major.
Custom Printed Products
Even though our products are custom made-to-order, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act still apply where a product is faulty or a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Business Purchases
If you are purchasing goods or services for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.
