By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services We Provide
Apparel Direct Limited provides custom printed apparel and related services, including but not limited to:
- Custom garment printing (e.g., DTF, screen printing, heat press, embroidery where applicable)
- Supply of blank apparel
- Design setup and print preparation
- Bulk printing for businesses, clubs, schools, and individuals
Services and product availability may change without notice.
3. Orders and Acceptance
3.1 Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website using our checkout system powered by SureCart, or via direct invoice/quote if applicable.
3.2 Order Confirmation
Your order is not confirmed until:
- payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed), and
- artwork and garment details have been approved (where required)
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through SureCart and its connected payment providers.
We do not store full credit card information on our website.
4.3 Late Payments (Invoice Accounts)
If payment is agreed to be made via invoice, payment must be made within the agreed timeframe. We reserve the right to pause work or withhold delivery until payment is received.
5. Artwork, Designs, and Customer Supplied Content
5.1 Artwork Responsibility
By providing artwork, logos, images, or designs to us, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use and reproduce the material.
Apparel Direct Limited is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement caused by customer-supplied artwork.
5.2 Print Quality and File Requirements
Print quality depends on the quality of the artwork provided. Low-resolution files may result in reduced print quality.
We may request higher quality files before production begins.
5.3 Proofs and Approvals
If we provide a digital mockup or proof, it is your responsibility to review and approve it.
Once approval is given, we are not responsible for errors in:
- spelling
- placement
- sizing
- colours
- garment selection
6. Custom Orders and No Change Policy
Many of our products are custom made-to-order. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded unless required by New Zealand consumer law.
You are responsible for ensuring all details are correct before approving production.
7. Production Timeframes
Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- order volume
- stock availability
- complexity of printing
- delivery delays outside our control
We will do our best to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
If you have a deadline, you must advise us before ordering.
8. Stock Availability and Substitutions
We attempt to keep product listings accurate, however stock levels may change quickly.
If a garment is unavailable, we may:
- offer an alternative product, colour, or size
- delay the order until stock is available
- refund the unavailable portion of the order
9. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver throughout New Zealand.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on courier services.
Apparel Direct Limited is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is collected by the courier.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
10.1 Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of printed apparel, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- change of mind
- incorrect garment colour selected by the customer
- customer-supplied design errors approved before printing
10.2 Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If we have made an error or the product is faulty (for example, incorrect printing, damaged garment, or wrong item supplied), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos as evidence.
Where appropriate, we will offer:
- a replacement/reprint, or
- a refund, or
- store credit
10.3 Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
11. Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders
If you are purchasing goods for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may not apply.
By placing an order as a business customer, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act is excluded where permitted by law.
12. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing or production has started, cancellations are not possible unless required by law.
If cancellation is approved, any design or setup fees already completed may still be charged.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or missed deadlines)
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service
This does not affect any rights you have under New Zealand law.
14. Website Use
You agree not to use our website in any way that may cause damage, disrupt service, or breach laws.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Apparel Direct Limited unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy or reproduce our content without written permission.
16. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
